A Rural Hotel where local architecture has been respected down to the last detail for construction issues, and a self-supporting energy system has been developed, using alternative energies. Comfort and sustainability unite in this oasis of peace, giving full justice to its name.
Work carried out
Hotel designed for Rural Tourism, of new construction with a main building of about 350 m2, with a spacious lounge/dining-room with various rooms, kitchen, cloakroom and guest accommodation with 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, as well as two verandas, office, boiler room and storeroom.
In addition to this were built two extra units of two bedrooms, each unit with its own bathroom and a veranda for each room. Each unit is of 150m2.
A swimming-pool was also built, with toilets and store-room.
The whole house and annexes are self-supporting, with photovoltaic power, under-floor heating with Biomass boiler and solar energy.
